The Auburn Mile is a one mile run, race, and walk along the parade route of Auburn's Fourth of July Parade!
Everyone Is Welcome
Competitive runners, first-timers, walkers, and everyone in between are welcome. Whether you're going for a personal best or just showing up for the experience, this race is for you.
Dress for the Occasion
If the Fourth of July is your moment to go full red, white, and blue...this is your race! Costumes, flags, and festive gear are strongly encouraged.

Start Location: 833 Lincoln Way at the Auburn Running Company (Google Map)
Finish Location: Downtown Square, intersection of Lewis and High Street (Google Map)

Day-of Information
Packet Pickup: 7:00 AM – 8:50 AM | Packet pickup and check in is near the Clock Tower at Sake Sushi. View Event Map
Gear Check: Gear check is available from 7:00 AM until 10:00 AM at Sake Sushi. View Event Map
Portable Restrooms: Available on-site. View Event Map
Parking: Public parking is available in and around the downtown area in public parking areas and side-streets. It is highly advised to arrive early!
A Few Rules
- For safety reasons, strollers are limited to only those who signed up in the Stroller Entry. Those registered for the Auburn Mile may not use strollers.
- No dogs or pets unless service pets.
- No leg or foot casts allowed.
- No pacers.
- Sale and/or transfer of race entry/bib is strictly prohibited and will result in the disqualification and/or banning of any individuals involved from future events. All entry fees are non-refundable and may not be deferred toward a future event.
