Auburn Mini-Mile Kids Fun Run
Kick off Auburn's Fourth of July with a run through the heart of it all.
Before the parade rolls through downtown Auburn, the streets belong to runners and walkers of all ages. The Auburn Mile, presented by Auburn Running Company, follows the full parade route — starting in downtown Auburn and finishing at the Downtown Square. One mile. All of Auburn watching.
Whether you're chasing a personal best or simply showing up to be part of something, this is a race worth running. As you move through the course, spectators line the streets and the town gathers around you. You're not just running before the parade — you're helping begin it.
The Auburn Mini-Mile Kids Fun Run, a charitable event in partnership with KidsFirst, gives the youngest members of our community their own moment to shine — right alongside the adults, right at the start of it all.
Dress for the Occasion
This is your moment to go full red, white, and blue. Costumes, flags, and festive gear are strongly encouraged.
Stay for the Parade — and Everything After
The Auburn Area Chamber of Commerce has a full morning planned: a beloved community parade followed by family activities celebrating America's 250th Anniversary. Make a day of it.
The Auburn Mile is proud to partner with KidsFirst!
In addition to your additional contributions at registration, the Auburn Mile will be donating a portion of proceeds from the Auburn Mini-Milers Fun Run to KidsFirst!
